On the last Monday of the month (except on Bank Holidays) we hold an outreach session in Worlds End Neighbourhood Advice Centre.
This is staffed by Marian (the Information and Advice officer) and Simone (Disability Connect Coordinator) on alternate months.
Outreach sessions are short – from 10.30 to 1, on the last Monday of the month – and there is no appointment needed. Therefore drop-in sessions are for quick enquiries only for example, learning more about ADKC’s projects and services, or to helping you to identify who you would need contact to deal with a disability related issue.
If you have a specific problem that you might need more help with from Marian or Simone, these outreach sessions also give you the chance to give an brief overview of the issue and to make an appointment for more in-depth support at another time.
You might also see ADKC staff out and about, for example on information stalls at commuity events and fairs.
